This is strong already because you explicitly reward a nuanced and surprising behavior: sensitivity.  To say or do "the right thing" in the midst of an emotional/psychological situation is a skill not often explored in games, but you do it here. The fact you've accomplished this with just a few choices and strong writing is impressive. I hope the new tech tricks we learn in class help you explore ideas like this further. Rewarding people's ability to do, say, feel "the right thing" is great theme to explore. Good job!

You’ve got strong storytelling skills and I think they really come out in your game. I could see this game doing really well with just some simple coding tricks and a strong art style. It makes me think about exploring story through emotional choices and the player’s connection to characters and if that would influence game mechanics. I’d love to see how sound might enhance this game, either some snippets from a song fading in and out, or just a few sound effects. Great work! I’m looking forward to playing more!

Loved the bababooey part! I audibly laughed. The game feels so heartfelt and honest. 

This story turns out really sweet! I'm the oldest in my family, me and the boys are 15 years apart, they live overseas and seeing this from the younger one's perspective is heartwarming for me! :)
